Our quality comes from our experience, our staff and the technology we use.

G & J Autobody‘s personnel are highly trained and qualified technicians.

All our tools and equipment is Manufacturer Approved and up to the required standard.

Each manufacturer approval requires individual training, testing and tools.

Our panel shop is run by Charl Sklar who oversees the spray painting at our spray booths as well as all the panel beating done.

Our technical staff consist of Jan Viljoen and Marius de Waal, four qualified panel beaters and two qualified spray painters, also one qualified Mechanic

and one qualified Auto Electrician.

All Quotations are computer-generated which include photographs.

Courtesy vehicles are available should it be justified by the extent of your claim.

We offer a follow up service to all clients to ensure, that even after your vehicle has been repaired, you remain satisfied with the services we provided.

OUR SYSTEMS

Our systems are in place to fine tune the repair process in our business through to our client.

We also use Audawatch, Bodyshop and a SMS system to update our clients on their vehicle status whilst in for repairs.

What is Audawatch?

AudaWatch is a web based monitoring tool that will allow the Repairer to keep the customer updated with access to real time updates throughout the repair process. Furthermore, it is providing the repairer with analytical reports whilst improving their CSI.

What is Bodyshop?

Bodyshop is also a web based monitoring tool. The Repairer use an iPod to make a video of the damaged vehicle. The video is directly sent to the client’s email address with repair comments. The client will receive a video of each department (Repair stage).

G&J’s SMS system?

The client will receive an SMS sent directly from TMS regarding the repair process. The SMS is sent to each client individually to make sure the update is accurate.

OUR SAFETY

Our safety systems are in place to ensure piece of mind to our client and that we have their best interest at heart.

1. 24 Hour security and 24 hour armed reaction.

2. All areas are covered with 24 hour surveillance cameras.

3. 2 x Security guards on duty all night.

4. Electric fence surrounding our premises.

5. Car ports that can give shade and shelter up to 250 vehicles.

6. Fully serviced fire extinguishers and visible assembly point in case of an emergency.

7. G & J Autobody also have Public liability insurance to make sure your vehicle is covered whilst in for repairs.

8. Safety and safety hazard signs are visible in our workshop.

9. Our technicians are equate with the needed PPE at all times.

10. Our workshop is neat and clean to prevent any accidents.

11. Good housekeeping is one of the most important safety rules.

12. All tools and equipment is serviced and checked on a regular basis.
